We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original Seiko presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included, and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your receipt; once received at our center, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
